The Rhythmic Gymnastics Federation of the Republic of Abkhazia is sending Sofia Bodzhgua, an athlete to compete in the prestigious international tournament, the Heavenly Grace Cup and Beijing Top Open 2025, which will be held in Beijing from November 12 to 14.

Due to the absence of diplomatic relations between the Republic of Abkhazia and the People's Republic of China, our gymnast will compete as a neutral athlete under the Heavenly Grace flag.

All expenses related to travel, accommodation, and meals for the Abkhazian athlete and her coach will be covered by the Heavenly Grace Academy, led by Alina Kabaeva.

The participation of an Abkhazian representative in such a high-level tournament is a significant event in the history of Abkhazian sports. This step opens new opportunities for our athletes to enter
the international arena.
