Born on January 7, 1967 in Gudauta town.
1985 – Graduated from Gudauta Secondary School № 1 named after N.A. Lakoba;
1985 – Entered the Political Science Department of the Philosophy Faculty of Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov;
1986 -1988 – Service in the Soviet Arm;
1989 – Continued studies at Lomonosov Moscow State University;
1993 – Graduated from M. V. Lomonosov State University and received a degree in «political science, teaching social and political disciplines»;
1996 – Graduated from the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia, «specialist in international relations»;
1997 – Engaged in entrepreneurial activity;
2002-2005 – Deputy Director of the Institute of Industrial Development of the Ministry of Industry and Energy of the Russian Federation; served as a member of the intergovernmental commission of the Russian Federation with several countries in Africa and the Middle East;
Since 2005 – Head of the Representative Office of the Government of the Republic of Abkhazia on Investment Policy in the Russian Federation;
From 2010 to 2024 – Trade Representative of the Republic of Abkhazia in the Russian Federation;
From 2014 to present – Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Foundation «International Cultural and Business Center of the Republic of Abkhazia»;
From 2018 to present – Member of the Supreme Council of the World Abkhaz-Abaza Congress;
Since February 2019 – Member of the Diplomatic Club of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs;
2019 – Ran for the post of Vice President of the Republic of Abkhazia in a pair with O.N. Arshba, the candidate for the president of the Republic of Abkhazia;
2024 – Ran for the post of President of the Republic of Abkhazia;
2025 – Appointed as Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia (Decree of the President of the Republic of Abkhazia dated April 18, 2025, №118).
Married, has got a son.
