Nuri Khvartskiy, Counselor of the Embassy of the Republic of Abkhazia in the Russian Federation attended a diplomatic reception organized by the Center for Public Diplomacy, which took place in Moscow as part of the presentation of a platform for Russian-African dialogue.

The event was attended by 18 heads of diplomatic missions of African states.

The Center's location was presented by its Director General, State Duma Deputy and member of the Russian Federation Committee on International Affairs Dmitry Savelyev. He noted its importance for the development of international humanitarian cooperation, cultural and educational exchanges, expert collaboration, and the implementation of joint initiatives.

The Center for Public Diplomacy is a platform for developing of international humanitarian and public relations. The Center's representative office in the Republic of Abkhazia has been operating since 2025.
